Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end migration and transition activities from global locations into the India Global Delivery Hub (GDH), ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
Develop and maintain migration plans, readiness trackers, risk logs, and governance reports.
Coordinate with global stakeholders, business teams, and receiving teams to drive successful knowledge transfer (KT) and transition outcomes.
Facilitate and track KT sessions, shadowing, reverse-shadowing, readiness assessments, and sign-offs.
Create, update, and maintain SOPs, process maps, work instructions, and knowledge repositories to support operational transitions.
Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and operational blockers throughout the migration lifecycle.
Support governance forums, executive reporting, and readiness reviews while maintaining RAID logs and migration dashboards.
Drive post-go-live hypercare activities, issue resolution, process stabilization, and successful handover to Business-as-Usual (BAU) teams.
