We are looking for a Data Migration Specialist to manage and execute the migration of contract data, ensuring accurate document structure, key data extraction, and quality control.
Your Impact &
What You'll Do
Lead Discovery: Work with clients to locate contract files and identify key metadata.
Extract &
Structure: Pull mandatory details from contracts and organize documents into proper parent-child relationships.
Upload Data: Perform actual data uploads into systems and complete pre- and post-upload quality checks.
Test &
Troubleshoot: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients and resolve any data migration issues.

Contract Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in contract review and actual data upload tasks.
Tool Proficiency: Working knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software, legal project tools, and ticketing systems.
Legal Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law is preferred.
Communication &
Problem-Solving: Robust written, verbal, and client-facing skills to support clients directly.
