Zero Base Costing of Parts

Zero Base costing of Tooling (Die/Mould/Checking Fixture)

Technical knowledge of tooling materials

Supplier Strategy synthesis and execution

Supplier Risk assessment and mitigation

Supplier Evaluation and On-Boarding

Spend Analysis

Supplier Base knowledge for the above process in proximity of Pune, Aurangabad, Nashik, & Pithampur
