Role & responsibilities
Manage the non-mass recruitment, niche & Leadership hiring for the assigned business unit and adhere to quality and process guidelines
Ensure the business recruitment strategies are followed and schedule regular meetings to monitor changes
Maintaining MIS and dashboards for all metrics like on time hires, cost per hire, source mix, offer to joining ratios, D&I; as well as quality of hires for individual assigned units.
Ensure all hiring are effectively closed across all levels as per the plan and within the budgeted cost.
Manage relationships with all key stakeholders including senior business leaders.
Support the campus hiring initiatives and effective closure of campus drives.
Ensure that recent joiners are provided all information on HR processes in advance




Responsible for managing ATS and updating details related to MPR in the tool.
Assigning positions to the team member/s and ensuring the same are catered to
Responsible for the development and handholding of the team member/s.
Robust stakeholder management, managing EXCOs, leadership team.

Need to Have Areas
5 - 8 years of HR experience in Talent Acquisition role specializing in hiring and HR operations
Hiring for critical roles like IT, Sales, Risk, Collection, Finance with high lead to offer conversion rate
Must have led recruitment efforts with diversified approaches and strategies.
Ability to negotiate and explain positive aspects of the role
