We are looking for an experienced Manager Operations to oversee the end-to-end operations of Mechanised Road Sweeping Machines across multiple project sites. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in fleet management, machine maintenance, team handling, and government or municipal project operations while ensuring maximum equipment uptime, operational efficiency, and contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete operations of Mechanised Road Sweeping Machine fleets across assigned project sites.
Ensure daily deployment, preventive maintenance, and maximum uptime of machines.
Supervise operators, drivers, site supervisors, and field teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate with Municipal Authorities regarding work orders, project execution, billing, and statutory compliance.
Monitor fuel consumption, spare parts inventory, AMC schedules, and operational expenses to optimize costs.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality guidelines, and contractual service levels.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, identify operational challenges, and implement corrective actions.




Prepare operational reports, MIS, and performance dashboards for management review.
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure uninterrupted project operations.
Drive continuous process improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in Mechanical, Automobile, Civil Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
MBA/PGDM in Operations will be preferred.
7 - 10 years of experience in operations management, fleet management, or project operations.
Experience in Road Sweeping Machines, Horticulture Equipment, Municipal Equipment, Waste Management Equipment, Heavy Equipment, or Construction Equipment is preferred.
Robust knowledge of machine maintenance, preventive maintenance planning, and site operations.
Experience handling Government or Municipal projects will be an added advantage.
Excellent leadership, team management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel frequently for project and site visits.
