5+ Years experience in End to end operation (Logistics)
*Responsible for entire end to end operations and planning within area.
*Manage day-to-day operations along with team management.
*Coordinate with the subordinates, and ensure on time pickup and deliveries.
*Taking care of hub operations (Delivery centre/Trans-shipment gateways) •
*Adherence to the SOP and implementation of the same in internal operating system.
Training of current team members and support their skill enhancement.
Collect, track, & present metrics related to processes.
