Nursing Administration
Manage the overall functioning of the nursing department.
Prepare duty rosters and staffing schedules.
Ensure adequate nurse-to-patient ratios.
Coordinate with doctors, departments, and hospital management.
Patient Care Management
Ensure nursing care follows hospital policies and clinical protocols.
Monitor the quality of patient care and patient safety practices.
Handle critical nursing issues and escalations.
Conduct regular ward rounds and audits.
Staff Supervision
Supervise Nursing Supervisors, Ward In-charges, and Staff Nurses.
Guide and support nursing teams in clinical practice.
Evaluate staff performance and conduct appraisals.
Maintain discipline and skilled behaviour among nursing staff.
Training and Development
Identify training needs for nurses.
Organise orientation programmes for current nurses.
Conduct continuing nursing education (CNE) and skill development sessions.
Ensure compliance with infection control and emergency procedures.




Quality and Compliance
Ensure adherence to NABH / JCI / hospital accreditation standards.
Monitor infection control practices.
Maintain nursing records, reports, and documentation.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.
Resource Management
Monitor the availability of medicines, consumables, and nursing equipment.
Coordinate maintenance and replacement of equipment.
Control departmental expenses and optimise resource utilisation.
Communication and Coordination
Act as a link between management, doctors, nurses, patients, and attendants.
Address patient and family complaints related to nursing services.
Participate in hospital committees such as infection control, quality, safety, and ethics committees.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
