10 to 18 years in Peptide/ API/Intermediate manufacturing operations

Skills:
Expertise in peptide synthesis using solid-phase and liquid-phase strategies (manual and automated synthesizers).
Extensive experience in the synthesis of peptides and molecular scaffolds, as well as peptide modification using up-to-date synthetic techniques such as cyclization, PEGylation, chelation, and acylation.
Proficient in post-synthetic modification of peptides through conjugation with proteins and fluorophore dyes (e.g., Cy5-OSu, KLH, DOTA complexes)
Cleavage, isolation, and precipitation of peptides.
C- and N-terminal modifications, peptide conjugations.
Impurity profiling, synthesis, and isolation.
Purification of peptides and impurities.
Preparation of BMR and technical documents (IQ, OQ, PQ,



etc.).
Analytical and spectroscopic characterization of peptides.
