Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and agile Marketing Executive to drive sales and business development for our plastic bottles and containers division. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial/B2B marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify and convert recent buyers in FMCG, pharma, Dairy, chemical, and food industries.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new buyers for plastic bottles, jars, and containers in Hyderabad and surrounding regions.

· Build and maintain robust client relationships with procurement managers and distributors.

· Conduct market research to track competitor activities and emerging trends in packaging.

· Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

· Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure client requirements are met.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.





· Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and client communications.

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of plastic packaging industry (HDPE, PET, PP containers).

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.

· Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards in packaging.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering (preferred: Plastics/Mechanical).

· MBA in Marketing (optional but desirable).

2–5 years of relevant experience in packaging or industrial sales

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
