Role Overview: SYMB Technologies is looking for a sharp and reliable Operations Executive to support day-to-day business operations, sales coordination, and reporting functions. This is a high-visibility role working in close collaboration with the leadership team, requiring solid ownership and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Draft, proofread, and send outreach communications (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) to prospective clients and partners
Maintain and update deal trackers, pipeline sheets, and revenue/cost models
Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and calendar management across multiple stakeholders
Prepare structured status updates and reports for leadership on a regular cadence
Support research tasks including vetting contacts, company backgrounds, and deal status checks




Maintain confidentiality and accuracy across all shared trackers and communication logs

Requirements
Solid written and verbal communication skills (English essential)
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency formulas, pivot tables, data hygiene
Prior experience as an EA, Sales Coordinator, or Ops Associate
Comfortable working across LinkedIn, email, and CRM-style tools
High attention to detail and reliability with sensitive information
