Job Title: Nursing Supervisor

Reports To: Nursing Manager / Director of Nursing

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the work of nursing staff.
Ensure patients receive secure, high-quality nursing care.
Prepare and manage nurse duty rosters and shift schedules.
Monitor compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and patient safety standards.
Support and guide nurses in handling complex patient cases.
Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for effective patient care.
Manage staffing needs and resolve workplace issues.
Maintain nursing documentation and ensure accurate patient records.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
Handle patient or family concerns related to nursing services.
Ensure the availability of medical supplies and nursing equipment.

Qualifications
B.Sc. Nursing, GNM, or M.Sc. Nursing (depending on employer requirements)
