Qualifications
B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)
Valid Nursing Council Registration is preferred.
Experience
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with up to 1 year of teaching or clinical experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom lectures and practical sessions for nursing students.
Guide students during clinical postings and laboratory training.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.
Support curriculum delivery and academic activities.
Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and institutional events.
Ensure discipline and maintain a positive learning workplace.
Required Skills
Good communication and presentation skills.
Robust knowledge of nursing concepts and clinical practices.
Ability to mentor and guide students effectively.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
