Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the daily administrative and operational functions of our educational institution. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in school or college operations/administration, possess solid computer skills, and be comfortable communicating in multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the institution
Coordinate with academic staff, students, and parents to ensure smooth operations
Maintain records, documentation, and databases accurately
Handle scheduling, attendance tracking, and reporting
Assist in organizing school/college events, meetings, and activities
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures
Support front office operations and address queries professionally
Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications & Skills:




Minimum 1 year of experience in school/college operations or administration
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, email, data management tools)
Strong communication skills in multiple languages (English and regional languages preferred)
Valuable organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work in a structured setting.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
