Role Description The Marketing Executive role at JNS Hospitality is a full-time, in office position based in Pune City. The individual in this role will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the company’s hospitality services and offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, assisting in the development of marketing plans, coordinating promotional activities, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Executive will also help manage digital and offline marketing channels, track campaign performance, and prepare reports to inform future marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Ability to perform Market Research and support Market Planning to identify prospects and customer needs.

Solid Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage external stakeholders.

Understanding of Sales and Marketing principles to support campaigns and revenue-generation initiatives.

Proficiency with basic digital tools and social media platforms for hospitality marketing is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Previous experience or internship in hospitality or marketing is beneficial but not mandatory.
