We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced MEP Contracts Engineer to join our team at Livestyle Housing. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing contracts and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure they meet the company's standards and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement contract management strategies.
Analyze data and reports to identify trends, prospects for improvement, and areas for cost savings.




Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the housing industry.
Robust knowledge of contract law, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other contract management software.
