Responsible for manufacturing nutraceutical products such as tablets, capsules, powders, syrups, and supplements as per approved formulas, SOPs, GMP guidelines, and production schedules while maintaining quality and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
Execute nutraceutical production activities as per batch manufacturing records.
Monitor manufacturing process parameters and product quality.
Maintain production records and daily reports.
Ensure cleanliness of equipment and production area.
Coordinate with QA/QC for sampling and in-process approvals.
Minimise process loss and maintain production efficiency.
Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene,
and safety standards.
Qualification B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. Chemistry / Food Technology / Nutraceuticals or related field.
Experience
2- 5 years in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food supplement, or herbal manufacturing.
Required Skills
Knowledge of nutraceutical manufacturing, GMP, documentation, production operations, teamwork, and communication skills.
