About The Company Medico Workforce is hiring on behalf of our client, a growing healthcare institution dedicated to providing quality patient care. The hospital is looking for skilled and dedicated OT Technicians to join its surgical team.
Job Summary We are seeking qualified OT Technicians to support surgical procedures by preparing the operation theatre, maintaining sterile conditions, and assisting surgeons and healthcare professionals during surgeries.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare the operation theatre before surgical procedures.
Sterilize and maintain OT instruments and equipment.
Assist surgeons, anaesthesiologists, and nursing staff during surgeries.
Ensure proper infection control and OT safety protocols.
Maintain OT inventory and equipment records.
Assist in cleaning and preparing the OT after procedures.
Ensure all surgical instruments are properly sterilized and available.
Eligibility Criteria
Diploma or Degree in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) or equivalent.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of surgical instruments and OT procedures.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
