Responsibilities Responsible for the daily deployment of routes Daily planning of day and night routes Conduct site visits and attend to complaints from internal and external stakeholders Carry out accident investigation, accident reporting and any other related issues Conduct weekly and monthly toolbox briefing Checking of vehicles and ensure all are in proper working condition before deployment Monitoring of workers' discipline,



attendance and tardiness Compiling and monitoring of sector tonnages Route auditing and reporting of excess refuse Supervising workers/ vehicle movement and routes Co-ordinate logistics matter on special projects Working together with HSSE team and assist with the maintenance of the overall depot safety and movements within Working with Fleet Management on Vehicle planning issue for inspection and etc. Upkeep of company assets including vehicle, first aids & spill kits Perform coverage of duty when there’s shortage of manpower (driver / crew) Any ad-hoc jobs assigned Qualification, Skills And Experience Completed GCE O level / Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years’ experience in Logistics / Operations Management Preferably with own transport Proficient in Microsoft office application Preferably with Class 4 license Positive interpersonal and communication skills Able to commit to rotating weekend/ Public Holiday duties and rotating early deployment duties as early as 6.30am
