Role and Respnsbilties;
Inventory and Stock Control
Track incoming raw materials and outgoing products using an ERP or warehouse system.
Run regular cycle counts to match physical stock with system records.
Reduce waste, slow-moving items, and lost inventory.
Daily Operations and Logistics
Manage the receiving, scanning, storing, and dispatching of goods.
Coordinate delivery schedules with procurement, suppliers, and transport teams.
Keep warehouse layouts organized for fast and secure material movement.
Staff Management and Safety
Hire, train, and schedule warehouse workers and machine operators.
Enforce health and safety rules, including proper equipment handling.
Inspect machinery and tools regularly to prevent workplace accidents.
