About the Role

Abir Overseas LLC is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head – Marketing & Business Development to lead our brand growth, business development, and market expansion initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, generating business opportunities, strengthening brand positioning, and driving revenue growth across India and international markets, particularly the USA.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute marketing and business development strategies aligned with company goals.
Drive brand building, market expansion, and customer acquisition initiatives.
Identify recent business prospects, partnerships, and growth channels.
Manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email, and content marketing.
Develop lead generation programs to support B2B sales growth.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis,



and industry trend monitoring.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team while managing external agencies and partners.

Requirements
5–8 years of experience in Marketing and Business Development.
Minimum 2 years of leadership/team management experience.
Proven success in brand building, business growth, and strategic marketing.
Strong expertise in B2B marketing, digital marketing, and lead generation.
Experience with international markets, especially the USA, is highly preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
