Role Description The Operations Intern (Travel) will support the day-to-day coordination of tours and travel experiences, ensuring smooth execution of itineraries and on-ground activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with vendor coordination, managing bookings and reservations, tracking guest requirements, and maintaining operational documentation. The intern will help resolve in office issues, support logistics planning,



and collaborate with the team to improve processes in the Pune Division office.

Qualifications
Effective communication skills for coordinating with travelers, vendors, and internal teams.
Operations management skills to assist with logistics, scheduling, and day-to-day tour execution.
Basic project management skills to help plan, track, and deliver travel-related initiatives on time.
Ability to work in office in the Pune Division with a proactive and collaborative approach.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for sustainable travel, eco-friendly tourism, and community-oriented experiences.
Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, communication platforms); familiarity with travel or hospitality systems is a plus.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
