Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hospital Job MBBS Doctor role based in Gurugram. The doctor will be responsible for assessing patients, taking medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and ordering appropriate investigations. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing conditions, prescribing treatments and medications, and monitoring patient progress across home nursing and clinical care settings.

The role involves coordinating with nursing staff, ambulance teams, and other healthcare specialists to ensure continuity of care and adherence to clinical protocols. The doctor will also educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and secure use of medical equipment, while maintaining accurate medical records and complying with all relevant regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications

Completed MBBS from a recognized institution, with valid registration from the Medical Council of India or relevant Haryana state medical council.





Solid clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, including history taking, physical examination, and interpretation of basic investigations.

Experience in managing general medical conditions, emergency cases, and continuity of care in home or community-based settings is highly beneficial.

Ability to collaborate effectively with nursing staff, ambulance personnel, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive measures clearly to patients and families.

High standards of ethical practice, compassion, and professionalism, with sensitivity toward patients in critical and end-of-life situations.

Comfort with maintaining accurate, timely medical documentation and following clinical protocols and safety guidelines.

Willingness to work full time in an on-site environment in Gurugram, including flexibility for rotational shifts if required.
