AbleMinds Therapy Centre is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic committed to helping children reach their full potential. We provide evidence-based intervention for children with developmental, neurological, sensory, learning, and behavioral challenges in a team-oriented and child-friendly workplace.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Occupational Therapist who is passionate about working with children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments.
Develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
Deliver evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy interventions.
Work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Developmental Delay, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Learning Disabilities, Sensory Processing Disorders, and other developmental conditions.
Implement Sensory Integration, fine motor, visual-motor, ADL, handwriting, self-regulation, and play-based intervention strategies.
Educate and counsel parents regarding home programs and carry-over activities.
Maintain accurate therapy notes,



progress reports, and documentation.
Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Special Educators, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, and the multidisciplinary team.
Participate in case discussions, clinical meetings, and continuous professional development.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).
Valid RCI Registration (Mandatory).
Freshers with strong clinical knowledge are welcome to apply.
Experience in pediatric occupational therapy will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Sensory Integration and evidence-based pediatric interventions is preferred.
Excellent communication and parent counseling skills.
Passion for working with children and commitment to skilled growth.

Pay: ₹10,644.14 - ₹40,846.41 per month
