Role Description The Outreach Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting Base91’s engagement with small-business communities. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential partners, communities, and small-business networks; assisting with outreach campaigns via email, social platforms, and online communities; and helping coordinate virtual events, discussions, or collaborations that connect small-business owners to Base91’s offerings.

The intern will respond to basic inquiries, share information about Base91’s programs, and maintain explicit records of outreach activities and follow-ups.



This role also involves drafting outreach messages, collecting feedback from participants, and collaborating with internal teams to improve engagement strategies and strengthen relationships with small-business stakeholders.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with small-business owners and community partners.
Candidates should possess Research and Community Outreach skills to identify relevant groups, map prospects, and support engagement initiatives.
Candidates should possess Writing skills to draft explicit, concise, and engaging outreach messages, emails, and basic content.
Candidates should demonstrate organized, detail-oriented work habits, with the ability to manage multiple outreach tasks and track interactions accurately.
Candidates should be comfortable working remotely, using digital collaboration tools, and proactively communicating with team members.
Interest in small-business ecosystems, entrepreneurship, or community-building is highly beneficial.
Prior experience in outreach, community management, or internships in related fields is an advantage but not required.
