Production Merchandiser — Home Textiles (RTIPL, Indore)

Ramesh Textiles India Pvt. Ltd. (RTIPL) — a vertically integrated home textile manufacturer in Indore is hiring a Production Merchandiser.

Role

Own orders from confirmation to dispatch. Be the link between buyers, production, and dispatch — keeping timelines, specs, and communication tight across every order.

Responsibilities
Manage orders end-to-end: PI, order confirmation, T&A;, and follow-through to shipment
Coordinate with weaving, processing, and cut–stitch–pack to keep production on schedule
Track raw material, yarn, and trims availability against order requirements
Handle buyer communication — updates, approvals (lab dips, strike-offs, samples), and queries
Ensure orders meet buyer specs, quality standards.




Monitor order status, flag delays early, and drive corrective action
Coordinate sampling and pre-production approvals
Maintain order records and costings

Requirements
5+ years as a merchandiser in home textiles / made-ups (export experience preferred)
Quick decision maker.
Solid grasp of the production cycle from yarn to finished goods
Valuable buyer-facing communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable with order-tracking systems and Excel
Diploma/degree in Textile Technology, Merchandising, or related field
Based in or willing to relocate to Indore
