Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Sampling Coordinate with design and development teams to create soft plush samples as per buyer requirements Interpret buyer briefs, reference images, and specifications into actionable development plans Ensure timely sample submissions with correct materials, trims, and workmanship
Buyer Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for international and domestic clients Handle inquiries, costing, order confirmations, and negotiations Maintain solid relationships with buyers and ensure repeat business
Costing & Pricing . Prepare detailed product costing (fabric, filling, trims, labour, overheads) Work with sourcing and production teams to optimize costs without compromising quality Ensure pricing aligns with margin targets
Order Management Execute orders from confirmation to shipment Prepare Time & Action (T&A;) calendars and track progress Ensure all approvals (fabric, trims, lab dips, pre-production samples) are completed on time
Production Coordination Liaise with production, planning,



and procurement teams Monitor production status and resolve bottlenecks proactively Ensure adherence to delivery timelines
Quality & Compliance Coordinate with QA/QC teams to maintain product quality standards Ensure compliance with international safety standards (especially for kids/toys) Handle inspections (inline, final, third-party if required)
Sourcing & Vendor Management Source fabrics, faux fur, fillings, and accessories for plush toys Develop and manage vendor relationships for timely material availability Negotiate prices and lead times with suppliers
Documentation & Shipment Ensure all export documentation is accurate (PI, PO, invoices, packing list, etc.)
Coordinate with logistics for smooth shipment execution Track shipments and update buyers regularly

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
