Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with 2+ years of experience in the NBFC or BFSI industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and maintaining business reports and dashboards to support operational decision-making, performance tracking, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Develop reports using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Charts, Dashboards).
Analyze operational data and generate insights.
Generate productivity, collection, customer support, and KPI reports.
Validate data accuracy before sharing reports.
Prepare management dashboards.
Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and HR teams.
Track productivity, attendance, collections, and KPIs.
Automate recurring reports wherever possible.




Maintain confidentiality of business data.

Required Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Mandatory).
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience handling large datasets.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management.
Attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors Degree. Minimum 2 years of MIS experience in NBFC/BFSI/Banking/FinTech. Power BI or SQL is an added advantage.

KPIs
