You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimising complex Odoo modules across Sales, Inventory, HR, Purchase, CRM, Finance, and Healthcare Management System (HMS).

This role offers the opportunity to work on international implementations while staying at the forefront of new Odoo versions, best practices, and ERP trends. Develop secure APIs and integrate third-party systems.

Optimise PostgreSQL queries and backend performance.

Troubleshoot and debug complex issues end-to-end.

Manage module upgrades and migrations across Community and Enterprise editions.

Configure and maintain servers (Linux, Odoo, PostgreSQL, Nginx).

Create reports, dashboards, and backend workflows to support business operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.

Document workflows, technical processes, and module architecture.

Stay updated with the latest Odoo versions and ERP best practices.

Skills & Expertise 4+ years of skilled Odoo backend development.

Hands-on with Odoo framework (versions 12–19).

Strong expertise in Python, Odoo ORM, and PostgreSQL.

Solid experience with API security (JWT, OAuth2).

Proficiency in Git workflows and large-scale deployments.

Ability to manage server environments (Linux, PostgreSQL, Nginx, Odoo).

Solid problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Experience with HMS modules is a plus.

Desirable Skills

Experience with Docker / Odoo.sh deployments and cloud (AWS).

Frontend development with OWL / JavaScript.

Knowledge of tax and e-invoicing in Odoo.

Contributions to OCA (Odoo Community Association) projects.

Odoo Certification (v16–v19).

Experience with testing frameworks (unit, functional, performance).
