Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations at Aarogyam Cast Iron’s facility in Hyderabad in a full time, in office capacity.

Responsibilities include The role involves monitoring inventory and supply chain activities, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

The Operations

Manager will collaborate with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to support timely delivery, resolve operational issues, and maintain solid vendor and customer relationships. This position also requires reporting on operational performance and supporting strategic planning for growth and capacity expansion.

Qualifications




Operations management skills and workflow optimization, process management.
Experience with inventory management, supply chain coordination, and vendor management.
Strong leadership abilities in supervising teams, delegating tasks, and fostering a safe and productive work environment.
Analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying bottlenecks, addressing quality or delivery issues, and implementing corrective actions.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Proficiency in basic business software and tools for reporting, data analysis, and documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
