Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on Lead MERN Stack Developer to lead the development and scaling of a CRM and Operations Platform from scratch. The ideal candidate should be technically robust, capable of leading a team, making architectural decisions, and contributing actively to development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Developers.
Design and develop scalable applications using the MERN stack.
Own application architecture, performance, scalability, and security.
Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
Develop and manage APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
Collaborate with QA, Product, and Business teams to ensure timely delivery.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.

7+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
