Role Description The Owner role at Just Aspire is a full time, in office position based in the Pune Division. The Owner will oversee the overall vision, strategy, and operations of the organization, ensuring that activities align with the mission of fostering learning, creativity, and positive societal impact.

Day-to-day responsibilities include defining business objectives, managing key partnerships, guiding content and program development, and supervising financial and administrative functions. The role also involves leading a small team or collaborators, making data-informed decisions, and representing Just Aspire at events, meetings, and community engagements.



The Owner will regularly review performance, refine processes, and nurture a culture of continuous improvement and ethical business practices.

Qualifications
Experience in leadership, entrepreneurship, or business management, with the ability to define strategic direction and oversee daily operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build partnerships, engage audiences, and represent the organization in public and professional settings.
Demonstrated ability in project and program management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Comfort with basic financial oversight, budgeting, and resource allocation to support sustainable growth.
Background or robust interest in education, mentoring, innovation, or social impact initiatives.
Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, communications, or a related field; an advanced degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
