Role Description The Owner role at POSHS Metal Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a full time, in office position based in the Pune District. The Owner oversees overall business strategy, operations, and growth, ensuring alignment with company goals for quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Daily responsibilities include guiding production and service processes, managing key customer relationships, and monitoring financial performance and resource allocation. The role involves leading senior management, setting performance targets, and making decisions on investments, partnerships, and expansions. The Owner also ensures compliance with industry standards, fosters a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and represents the company in high-level negotiations and external forums.

Qualifications
Solid leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and senior managers.




Proven expertise in manufacturing operations, preferably in steel processing or automotive/white goods supply chains.
Business and financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and strategic planning.
Relationship management skills for working with OEMs, multinational clients, and key suppliers.
Ability to drive process improvement, quality assurance, and on-time delivery initiatives.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; advanced qualifications (MBA or equivalent) are an advantage.
Experience in a senior leadership or ownership role within industrial or manufacturing sectors is highly beneficial.
