Job Purpose The Mobilizer is responsible for identifying, counseling, and enrolling eligible youth into skill development and employability programs. The role involves community outreach, relationship building, and ensuring enrollment targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities - Conduct door-to-door mobilization in assigned areas.
Visit colleges, schools, communities, NGOs, and local organizations to generate leads.
Organize awareness sessions, career guidance programs, and mobilization camps.
Counsel youth and parents about training courses, career prospects, and placement support.
Achieve monthly enrollment and mobilization targets.
Follow up with prospective candidates until enrollment.
Maintain accurate lead, counseling, and enrollment records in MIS/Frappe.
Collect and verify all required candidate documents.




Coordinate with trainers and the Center Manager for batch planning and launches.
Support job fairs, community events, and placement drives.
Maintain relationships with community leaders, educational institutions, and employers.
Submit daily and weekly mobilization reports.

Skills Required - Solid communication and counseling skills.
Positive interpersonal and networking abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, MIS/Frappe).
Ability to travel locally for field mobilization.
Fluency in Telugu; knowledge of Hindi and English is an added advantage.
