Role Description The Director role at ANTS IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role is responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing technology and business operations, and ensuring alignment between client needs and solution delivery.

Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing key client relationships, monitoring project performance, and driving process improvements. The Director will collaborate with senior stakeholders to define growth initiatives, manage budgets, and mitigate risks.

Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership experience in technology, consulting, or IT services, with a track record of managing teams and complex projects.
Strong strategic planning, business development, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Solid understanding of scalable, secure, and high-performance digital solutions, with the ability to guide technical and non-technical teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence across levels.
Experience in budget management, resource planning, and operational efficiency improvement.
Ability to work in office in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Relevant academic background in Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or executive programs are an advantage.
Prior experience in senior or director-level roles within IT or digital transformation organizations is highly beneficial.
