We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused NEET Student Counsellor to support students throughout their counselling journey. The candidate will be responsible for student onboarding, counselling support, query resolution, and providing end-to-end assistance to ensure a smooth counselling experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle student onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience.
Provide counselling support and guidance to NEET aspirants throughout the counselling
process.
Resolve student queries related to counselling, colleges, courses, and the overall
process.
Provide end-to-end assistance to students until the completion of the counselling
process.
Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with students.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of student concerns.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and counselling status.
Ensure a high level of student satisfaction and support.
Educational Qualification
Graduation in any stream.
Preference will be given to candidates from a Medical/PCB background.
Experience
1+ year of experience in student counselling, student success, academic counselling, or
a related role.
Freshers with excellent communication and counselling skills can also apply.
