Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Intern at Sculpt Learning.

The Marketing

Intern will support the marketing team in executing campaigns that promote learning programs and resources, including drafting content for emails, social media, and other communication channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with market research, compiling and analyzing data on audience behavior, and helping develop basic marketing strategies based on insights. The intern will help coordinate outreach activities, collaborate with sales and customer-facing team members, and contribute to maintaining positive relationships with learners and partners.



This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign support, and customer engagement within a learning-focused workplace.

Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including transparent writing, active listening, and skilled interaction across digital channels.
Ability to conduct Market Research, gather and interpret data, and summarize findings to inform marketing decisions.
Interest or foundational experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on building trust and supporting learner needs.
Understanding of basic Marketing Strategy concepts and willingness to contribute ideas to campaigns and outreach efforts.
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
Comfort with common digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms); familiarity with social media is a plus.
Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning, education, or training-focused initiatives.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
