We are looking for a Service Operations Manager to oversee both Front Office (PMS Service Advisors) and Body & Paint (B&P; Advisors) operations. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, ensuring SOP compliance, and managing advisor performance. This position coordinates closely with the Workshop, ASM, Bodyshop Floor Manager, Parts, CRM, and Insurance teams but does not directly manage technicians or workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead PMS and Body & Paint Service Advisors.
Drive growth in Parts/RO, Labour/RO, VAS, and B&P; revenue.
Monitor advisor productivity and daily KPIs.
Handle customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
Ensure SOP implementation and process compliance.
Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors for B&P; cases.
Work with the Workshop, ASM, and Bodyshop Floor Manager to ensure timely repairs and vehicle deliveries.
Review business performance and implement improvement plans.
