We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to lead and optimize our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the IT/ITES industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily business operations across departments.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Lead cross-functional teams and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Monitor project delivery, resource allocation, and service quality.
Establish and track KPIs, operational metrics, and performance reports.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and client requirements.
Collaborate with senior management on business planning and strategic initiatives.
Manage budgets, operational costs, and resource utilization.
Mentor and develop team leaders to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in the IT/ITES industry,
with at least 3 years in an operations management or leadership role.
Strong understanding of IT service delivery and business operations.
Proven experience in managing large teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with process improvement methodologies and operational excellence.
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Agile/Scrum settings.
Knowledge of ITIL or other operational frameworks.
PMP, Prince2, Six Sigma, or similar certifications will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
