Key Responsibilities:-
Broad responsibilities will lie with operations excellence, effective team management, and Business P&L; Management.
We are looking for a resource who should be able to understand a Bus industry as whole(which includes Operator supply, Agent network, Local behaviors of bus groundtransportation).
Will work to establish our IntrCity – Smart bus brand in the territory / zone and build anetwork of bus operations, Agent’s network and work towards brand visibility for generatingtickets for IntrCity buses.
Candidates will take care of Boarding and Retail sales through the team, by Travel agents and Touts /Walk-ins along with the managing boarding procedure.
Should be up to date with the market knowledge of intercity bus travel and ensure that allopportunities to grow market share are tapped for buses running in assign territoryCharacteristic of the candidate:• Responsible for recruitment and training for Bus captains and other allied staff for busoperations.
Build a team / workforce high on integrity and ethics as DNA• Build systems and processes to take care of daily bus operations escalations with speed andaccuracy.
