Role & responsibilities

Core Development & Troubleshooting
Strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and MVC Framework.
Proficient in SQL Server, including complex queries, Stored Procedures, and performance tuning.
Working knowledge of jQuery and client-side scripting for troubleshooting UI-related issues.
Good understanding of .NET application architecture and deployment models.
Experience in troubleshooting application and data-related issues using SQL Stored Procedures.
Ability to analyze and debug application logs, exception traces, and performance counters.

Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with development and project teams to plan, test, and deploy production fixes.
Perform and document Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring production issues.
Support production releases and deployment activities.
Familiarity with version control systems and release/deployment pipelines is preferred.

Functional Skills
Valuable understanding of Application Support and customer support processes.
Experience with Incident Management, SLA adherence,



and issue prioritization.
Knowledge of JIRA or ServiceNow for incident and ticket management is an added advantage.
Exposure to the FMCG domain is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Robust ownership mindset with the ability to work independently during critical production incidents.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts.
Spanish language proficiency will be an added advantage.
