Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned operations leader, preferably from a hospitality, logistics,

transport, or defense services background, to oversee regional operations, field teams, and onground service delivery. The ideal candidate will bring a disciplined, process-driven mindset,

strong people leadership, and the ability to manage bus captains, customer escalations,



and government or vendor relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities 1) Lead end-to-end ground operations across assigned territory, ensuring seamless boarding, dispatch, and customer experience
Drive operational excellence, safety, and service quality across all SmartBus touchpoints.
Manage P&L; responsibility for the zone, optimize costs, enhance efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
Recruit, train, and lead Bus Captains and ground staff, ensuring discipline, integrity, and strong customer orientation.
Build and strengthen relationships with government bodies, transport authorities, and vendor partners.
Drive customer grievance redressal, ensuring timely closure and continuous process improvemen
