We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our printing press. The candidate will be responsible for managing orders, improving internal processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between production, delivery, and payments.
Key Responsibilities
Track and monitor all incoming printing orders
Follow up on production timelines and ensure on-time delivery
Coordinate with design, printing, and dispatch teams
Streamline delivery processes and payment collections
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency
Handle estimation and costing of printing jobs
Maintain proper documentation and reporting using Microsoft Excel & Word
Communicate with clients regarding order updates and requirements
Required Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Valuable communication and client-handling ability
Ability to work with laptop/system regularly
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of single-color and 4-color printing processes
Understanding of standard paper sizes and materials
Experience in estimation and costing in printing industry
Solid operational strategy and planning skills
Marketing knowledge is an added advantage
MBA (Preferred)
Educational Qualification
Minimum: Any Bachelor’s Degree
MBA preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Ability to deal with people, Phone calls and updation
May occasionally lift materials up to 10–12 kg
