Plan and execute shift production as per the daily production schedule.
Supervise Lamination, Slitting, and Pouching operations during the shift.
Ensure proper machine setup, parameter control, and smooth changeovers.
Monitor production output, wastage, rejection, and machine efficiency.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, GMP, and customer specifications.
Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Planning, and Stores for uninterrupted production.
Take immediate corrective actions for process deviations, machine breakdowns, and quality issues.
Maintain shift production reports, downtime records, rejection reports, and manpower attendance.
Ensure implementation of safety practices, 5S, and housekeeping standards.




Train and guide operators and helpers to improve productivity and skill levels.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity enhancement and waste reduction.

Diploma / B.Tech in Printing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related field. with Minimum 3 years of experience in handling Lamination, Slitting, and Pouching operations independently.
