DailyGong Financial Service Limited is hiring a energetic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to drive business growth through client acquisition, revenue generation, and team management. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in financial products and sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
Achieve assigned business targets through revenue generation and client acquisition.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs.
Promote and cross-sell financial products such as Equity, Derivatives, Commodities, Currency, and Mutual Funds.
Monitor and review team performance to ensure business targets are achieved.
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage team members.
Drive team productivity through effective leadership and coaching.
Ensure compliance with company policies and deliver excellent customer service.
Prepare daily and monthly business reports.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA/B.Com/Finance/Marketing preferred).
2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Financial Services, or Team Handling.
Strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of Equity, Mutual Funds, Demat & Trading Accounts, and Financial Markets.
Target-oriented with positive problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
