Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based at Infinity Vehicles Pvt Ltd in Ahmedabad. The person in this position plans and executes marketing campaigns to drive showroom footfall, vehicle sales, and service revenue, while ensuring brand consistency with Tata Motors guidelines.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing digital and offline promotional activities, coordinating events and local activations, and overseeing the creation of marketing materials.

The Marketing

Manager monitors market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine campaigns and improve customer engagement. This role also involves collaborating closely with sales, service,



and dealership leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals and reporting on campaign performance and ROI.

Qualifications
Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
Robust skills in campaign planning, brand positioning, and customer engagement, with the ability to adapt strategies to local market conditions.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and channels (social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, online advertising) and basic analytics for performance tracking.
Ability to manage vendor relationships, coordinate events and promotions, and oversee production of marketing collateral.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Demonstrated capability in data-driven decision-making, budgeting, and reporting on marketing effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in a rapid-paced dealership environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
