Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase showroom footfall, brand awareness, and sales.
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and other online platforms.
Coordinate and execute festive, seasonal, and promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement.
Build and manage relationships with local influencers, media partners, corporates, and event organizers.
Oversee content creation, including social media posts, advertisements, videos, and promotional materials.
Monitor marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources to maximize ROI.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports on leads, footfall, conversions, and customer acquisition.
Work closely with the Store Manager to plan in-store events, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
Manage customer loyalty programs, WhatsApp marketing, SMS, email campaigns, and CRM initiatives.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;- Not Mandatory
Minimum 3 years of experience in DIgital marketing, with experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, or premium retail preferred.




Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation.
Robust understanding of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in planning marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics tools.
Creative, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in Kannada and English is required; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
Willing to travel locally and work during weekends or festive campaigns when required.
