Company Description TravelMenu is a curated holiday specialist that designs unique, personalized itineraries for every traveler, transforming standard trips into memorable vacations. Each journey is built from scratch based on individual preferences, including destination, pace, experiences, and accommodation, ensuring no two itineraries are alike. The team handpicks hotels, local experiences, and trusted on-ground partners, and manages end-to-end services such as customized tour packages, visas, flights, and hotel bookings.

Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth delivery of TravelMenu’s curated holiday services. This full time, on-site role in Bhopal involves managing booking workflows, coordinating with hotels, local partners, and service providers, and ensuring timely execution of itineraries. The role includes monitoring quality standards, optimizing internal processes, handling escalations, and resolving operational issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.

The Operations

Manager will collaborate with sales, customer support, and product teams for seamless handover from planning to execution, track key performance metrics, and implement improvements. The role also involves supervising operations staff, enforcing policies,



and supporting seasonal capacity planning.

Qualifications
Solid operations and process management skills, including workflow optimization, resource planning, and performance tracking.
Experience in vendor and partner management, with the ability to coordinate effectively with hotels, local connectors, and service providers.
Proficient in customer service and communication, with the ability to handle queries, escalations, and cross-functional collaboration professionally.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple itineraries and priorities.
Comfort using digital tools and travel booking platforms; familiarity with CRM or operations software is beneficial.
Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or service operations management is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, lead small teams, and adapt to a quick-paced, customer-focused environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
