Role & responsibilities :
Develop and modify 3D models of mechanical components and assemblies using PTC Creo.
Prepare detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings.
Apply GD&T;, dimensional tolerances, fits and engineering drawing standards.
Support design upgrades and modifications for high-voltage GIS or switchgear products.
Create and update engineering drawings, Bills of Materials and related technical documentation.
Manage CAD models, drawings and engineering data through Windchill PLM.
Support material and Bill of Materials activities in SAP.
Participate in design reviews and implement agreed design changes.
Check drawings for dimensional accuracy, manufacturability and compliance with engineering standards.
Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, manufacturing and project engineering teams.




Communicate effectively with local and international stakeholders.
Maintain proper revision control and ensure timely completion of assigned engineering activities.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in high-voltage GIS, AIS, switchgear or other electrical equipment.
Basic working knowledge of SAP MM.
Experience in engineering change management, such as ECR, ECO or ECN processes.
Knowledge of Bills of Materials and product lifecycle processes.
Understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication, casting, forging, welding and sheet-metal work.
Exposure to tolerance stack-up analysis and design-for-manufacturing principles
