Develop detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting) using Autodesk Revit MEP.
Prepare BIM models at LOD 200, 300, 350, and 400 as per project requirements.
Produce coordinated shop drawings, fabrication drawings, installation drawings, and as-built models.
Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
Generate schedules, BOQs, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
Create and maintain Revit families, templates, and project standards.
Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project specifications, and international standards.




Participate in BIM coordination meetings and implement consultant/client comments.
Update models based on site changes and RFIs.
Maintain accurate documentation and model version control using BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
