– Manager on Duty (MOD)

Position: Manager on Duty (MOD)

Qualification: B.Pharm / MBA (Hospital Management) / MHA

Experience: 2–5 years (Hospital experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day hospital operations during assigned shifts.
Ensure smooth coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments.
Handle patient complaints and ensure high patient satisfaction.
Monitor admissions, discharges, transfers, and emergency operations.
Ensure compliance with NABH standards, hospital policies, and safety protocols.
Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, pharmacy, laboratory, and front office operations.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and department heads for seamless patient care.




Prepare daily operational reports and escalate critical issues to management.
Ensure availability of manpower, equipment, and essential resources.
Respond to emergencies and resolve operational issues promptly.

Required Skills:
Robust leadership and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Knowledge of hospital operations, NABH, and quality standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and hospital information systems (HIS).
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
